When you first make an appointment I will send you an introductory email which will include a questionnaire about you and your family’s history.

The consultation will take place in person in my comfortable clinic off the York Road in Dun Laoghaire. Here you will be given the space and time to discuss your health, symptoms and how these affect you. Together we will consider the aetiology, type & location of pain and any other symptoms unique to you. This is done with reference to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing, to understand what you might need in order to match your symptoms to a remedy.

Many people report feeling better after the homeopathy consultation itself because they are profoundly listened to in a way most people haven’t experienced before. This can be a deeply healing experience. 

Of course, everything you tell me remains completely confidential. I approach every conversation with a curious and non-judgmental mindset. I believe we’re all perfectly imperfect human beings. And that life is a constant journey of learning and little experiments.

My hope is that I can be a helpful partner in your journey, whether that’s for a single consultation or for an ongoing period of your life.  

After your appointment, I will need some time to carefully consider all you have told me and synthesize your symptoms to find an appropriate remedy match for you. I will contact you to let you know in about a week, and I can email you a prescription which you can pick up at Roots and Wings Pharmacy in Cabinteely.

If you cannot make it to the shop, they can post the remedy to you.
