About Me

My journey towards alternative medicine was a personal one. It represented a big transformation in my life and outlook. When my eldest two children were little, I found I was in and out of the doctor’s office frequently, sometimes ending up in A&E at times when we couldn’t get an appointment in the middle of the night. They were often prescribed antibiotics and their health was generally poor. After a particularly traumatic experience with my daughter, when she spent three days in hospital on a drip for what turned out to be a simple vomiting bug, I made a decision that would change the course of my life. As a parent, I wanted to reclaim agency for my family’s health and go back to basics.

What happened next was serendipitous. Homeopathy found me. I saw a sign for a parenting course on homeopathy run by my now Mentor Sandy Hudson. I knew I had found a special, unique and gentle form of medicine. My studies with the School of homeopathy in Stroud UK began in 2018 and this journey of self-discovery and growth became one of the greatest gifts of my life.

Homeopathy has not only helped me understand health and wellbeing, it has also shaped my understanding of people and the world. I’m excited and humbled to share what I’ve learned with anyone who might benefit from a gentler and more holistic way of thinking about their health.
